This line is to run the full leath of the water front, about 500 to 1,000 feet from the river. There is also a loop which runs from the buzi back nearly north thra h the easterly end of the development to a line close to aad parakkel with the hovicon line, and connects with the north-westerly approach line well to the west or the develop ent. another posuible branch to coniect with the Swatow line ia also plsuited.
