This serves both as an evening prosilude area like those in any ¡panish and Douth American cities and as a sore n between the godowns and the hotels, banks, department stores, apartment houses, shd other lar e buildings on the landward side of this Boulevard.

This line is to run the full leath of the water front, about 500 to 1,000 feet from the river.
